Packing Tape Technique

 I'm always looking for a variety of techniques to share with you and I recently learned of one through a team member.  All you need is some packing tape!  Yes, I said that right.  The affect is to make parts of your project shiny.  Like, if you had a stamp of a pail, you may want the metal to look shiny so you would stamp an image of the pail on some gray or silver paper, put the packing tape over it, cut it out and add it to your card!  It's really kind of cool how it looks.  I took some new products from our new 2024-2025 Annual catalog and put a fun card together.  take a look at my video to see how it's done.  Here is what you will need:

PAPER

• Sunny Springs Cards & Envelopes, page 19
• Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack, page 19
• Basic White Scrap for sentiment

 STAMPS

• Simply Said Stamp set, page 19

INK

• Whatever color you would like.  It should coordinate with the colors in your ephemera pack or card

ADHESIVES

• Stampin' Dimensionals
• Packing Tape

TOOLS

• Heartfelt Hexagon Punch (only found on-line)
• Paper Snips
