Valentine's Card I (Postage)

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I'm seeing chocolate, flowers and cards popping up all around me.  Today's card is a card that you can give for Valentine's and one that is a joy to make.  Be sure to watch the video to understand how it is made.  It is bigger in size.  I call this my Postage Valentine's Card.
